Analysis of the recruiting, integration and retention processes of Montréal companies employing immigrants of Maghrebian origin

This study, conducted on behalf of Conseil Emploi Métropole, gave the floor to thirty companies of varying sizes and belonging to different sectors of activity, with the primary aim of shedding light on the means they have implemented in recruiting, integration and retention and that play a facilitating role for immigrants of Maghrebian origin.

It also made it possible to identify the eventual challenges the employers encounter in relation to this workforce and to propose means of meeting these challenges.
